# PostReach: the plain facts PostReach publishes social media posts. The customer's own AI assistant drafts through a remote MCP server, a named person approves the exact post, and PostReach schedules and publishes it. PostReach itself runs no AI and generates no text, images or video. ## Status PostReach isn't open for sign-up yet. Early access is by email to support@postreach.ai. ## How it works 1. A person, or the customer's own AI assistant, drafts a post. The assistant connects through a remote MCP server and can see the connected accounts and what each network accepts. 2. A named person approves the exact post: its text, accounts and time. They can do it on a card in the chat, in the browser, or by saying yes in the chat. Change any of those and PostReach asks again. 3. PostReach schedules and publishes the post at that local time in the workspace's time zone, and shows the result for each account. There's also a browser platform for connections, posts, a calendar and writing posts by hand. An assistant isn't required. A workspace is a brand's group of accounts. ## What PostReach is not - It doesn't generate content. It runs no AI and calls no AI models. - It doesn't post unattended. Every post needs a person's yes. - API tokens can draft and read, but can't approve or publish. - Its Terms ban non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated imagery, and child sexual abuse material. - The service never uses Google APIs, or any other API, to create AI-generated imagery. ## Who it's for Solo operators and small teams who already work in an AI assistant: founders, consultants and creators, and small teams with several brands. ## AI agents PostReach is built for AI agents that can add a remote MCP server and sign in with OAuth. No specific agent is named as working until it has been tried. ## Networks - First: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X. - Next: YouTube, TikTok. Each is available once that network's review is finished. - After those: Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky. Network names belong to their owners. One bill, after use, on the 1st. - An early charge when usage first reaches US$10. The trigger then doubles. - A card is needed for the third account, and before any X account. - X is on the same bill at X's published rates, with no markup. A monthly cap is on by default at US$10, and the customer can raise it. - YouTube and TikTok open for everyone, free accounts included, once each network's audit is finished. - Above about 1,000 accounts: talk to us. - No refunds except as required by law. Billing errors and PostReach's own outages are reviewed. ## Common questions Q: Does PostReach write my posts? A: No. It runs no AI and makes no text, images or video. Your own assistant writes them, or you do. Q: Can my assistant post without me? A: No. A person has to see the exact post and approve it. A workspace can also turn approving in the chat off, so it only happens on the card or in the browser. Q: Which AI agents work? A: Any that can add a remote MCP server and sign in with OAuth. We name an agent here once we've tried it. Q: Do I need an AI assistant? A: No. You can write, approve and schedule posts in the browser. Q: What if a post can't go out? A: If trying again can help, we try up to three times, with a fresh upload if a file was the problem. If it still can't go, or it needs you, it waits under Needs you with the reason and the fix, and the people who can fix it get an email. Q: How do I stop paying? A: Disconnect your accounts. They stop counting from the next day, and your first 2 stay free. Q: Why does it ask Google for my name and email? A: If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email and picture to sign you in and show your profile. Once YouTube is available, we'll ask to upload the videos you approve and read your channel's name and those videos' status, only for those features. The PostReach service never uses Google APIs, or any other API, to create AI-generated imagery, and our Terms ban non-consensual intimate imagery, AI-generated or not.
