Good questions

Does PostReach write my posts?

No. It runs no AI and makes no text, images or video. Your own assistant writes them, or you do.

Can my assistant post without me?

No. A person has to see the exact post and approve it. A workspace can also turn approving in the chat off, so it only happens on the card or in the browser.

Which AI agents work?

Any that can add a remote MCP server and sign in with OAuth. We name an agent here once we've tried it.

Do I need an AI assistant?

No. You can write, approve and schedule posts in the browser.

What if a post can't go out?

If trying again can help, we try up to three times, with a fresh upload if a file was the problem. If it still can't go, or it needs you, it waits under Needs you with the reason and the fix, and the people who can fix it get an email.

How do I stop paying?

Disconnect your accounts. They stop counting from the next day, and your first 2 stay free.

Why does it ask Google for my name and email?

If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email and picture to sign you in and show your profile. Once YouTube is available, we'll ask to upload the videos you approve and read your channel's name and those videos' status, only for those features. The PostReach service never uses Google APIs, or any other API, to create AI-generated imagery, and our Terms ban non-consensual intimate imagery, AI-generated or not.

Is PostReach part of Claude, ChatGPT or Instagram?

No. Those names and logos belong to their owners, and none of them made, sponsors or endorses PostReach. The sample posts on this site are made up, and their pictures were made with AI.
