Each approval is tied to the words, files, accounts and time. If any of those change, other than moving the time, it needs approving again.

Questions about teams

Do you charge per person?

No. You pay per connected account, and you can add as many people as you like.

Can an AI agent approve a post?

A person has to say yes. In the chat it counts only for the signed-in person, if their role and the workspace allow it, and your team can turn that off.

What does someone see if they can't do something?

The control goes, and a line says who to ask.

Can I hand the team over to someone?

Yes. The Owner can make someone else the Owner, and is asked once to confirm.
