Whose time zone does a post use?
The workspace's, unless you say otherwise. One post can aim at another region, and the time always shows with its zone.
Can I change the time after approving?
Yes. Anyone who can approve can move it, and the new time goes on the record. You can cancel it until it goes out. Changing what it says needs approving again.
What if PostReach is down at that moment?
Your post waits and goes out when we're back. If that's more than an hour late, it waits for you to decide, because a post about this morning shouldn't appear tonight.
What if a network is slow?
We wait and try again. If we can't tell whether it went out, we check and then ask you, rather than risk posting it twice.
