    Connect accounts

    Your first 2 are free. Save a card before your third, and nothing is charged when you do.

    We count by the day

    Each account counts for the days it's connected. Disconnect one and it stops counting the next day.

    One bill on the 1st

    The first time your use reaches US$10, we charge that early to check your card, and it counts toward your bill.

X is at X's price

X charges for every post, so we pass that on with no markup, on the same bill. It needs a card before you connect an X account, and it stops at a monthly limit you set.

Questions about the bill

Are the 2 free accounts really free?

Yes, for as long as you use them. There's no card, and no trial that runs out.

When do I need a card?

Before your third account, or before any X account. Nothing is charged when you add it.

Is there a limit on posts?

We don't limit posts by plan. We keep safe limits per account and per team, the same for free and paid, to protect your accounts and our access to each network. A normal customer shouldn't reach them, and a post that does waits rather than fails.

Do you charge per person?

No. You pay per connected account, so bring your whole team.

How do I stop paying?

Disconnect your accounts. Each one stops counting the next day, and you pay for the days you used.

What if a payment fails?

We tell you by email and in PostReach. If it stays unpaid, your 2 oldest working accounts keep posting, unless one is X, and everything else waits. Nothing is lost. You can't add paid accounts until it's paid.

Do you give refunds?

Not unless the law requires it. We do review billing errors and outages on our side: write to support@postreach.ai.

Will my price go up?

Early customers keep the launch price while they stay subscribed. What a network charges, such as X, can still change.

What about tax?

Prices are in US dollars and don't include tax. We add tax where the law requires it, and your bank may add a fee.
