Files fitted and checked for each network.

Send one picture or video. We fit it to what each network accepts and show you the result, and if something can't work, you hear before anything goes out.

What happens to a file

  • Converted for you

Instagram wants JPEG, for example, so we convert it and keep your shape where the network allows.

  • Cropped only when needed

If a network needs another shape, you see the crop before you approve.

  • Video compressed

A video over a network's limit is compressed, and we say so.

  • Nothing cut silently

Words or files that won't fit are never dropped without telling you.

What you approve is what goes out

Your assistant learns each account's rules before it makes a file. The card shows the file as it'll appear, and if anything changes, it asks you again.

Questions about files

How big can a file be?

Up to 5 GB a file.

How long do you keep my files?

Originals go 30 days after their last post, or 7 days after upload if they're never used. Small pictures stay as long as your team has the post, so your history still shows them.

Is there a storage limit?

Yes, as a safeguard: 30 GB held at once with no card, and 100 GB with one.

What if a file can't work?

You're told why and what to do, before you approve.
